02 / Purpose of the website
The website presents GENRA’s peptide synthesis, project development, analytical documentation and related services to professional research audiences. It provides a means to make an enquiry and, where access has been granted, to view a specific certificate.
Website content is general information. A binding commitment concerning a service, specification, delivery date or price arises only through an accepted agreement. The General Conditions explain the basis on which quotations and projects may be agreed.
03 / Scientific information and illustrative material
Sequences, diagrams and named peptides used to illustrate capabilities are examples. Their display does not establish product availability, patent clearance, regulatory approval or suitability for a particular experiment or application.
Information on this website is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, prevent or treat a condition. It does not replace a professional assessment of experimental design, hazards, handling requirements or the suitability of supplied materials.
04 / Certificates and verification
A certificate must be read as a whole, including its sample identification, methods, results, limitations, issue status and date. A draft is not an issued report. A successful credential check confirms access to the corresponding GENRA record, not an independent endorsement by a regulator or accreditation body.
A QR code links to a certificate’s specific webpage. It does not grant administrator access or replace any required report credentials. An exported PDF is a dated snapshot of the information available when generated; subsequent corrections may make an earlier copy outdated.
Please report suspected errors or unauthorised changes promptly. No user may alter a certificate, substitute another sample or lot, or present an illustrative or draft document as an issued analytical result.
05 / Intellectual property and permitted use
GENRA’s name, logo, original website content and design are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences.
You may view the website and retain authorised documentation for legitimate evaluation, recordkeeping and use of the agreed services. Commercial republication, misleading reproduction, removal of attribution or use of GENRA branding to imply an unauthorised relationship is not permitted without written consent. Statutory exceptions and separately agreed rights are unaffected.
06 / Security and acceptable access
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, guess access codes, access another customer’s records, interfere with the service or upload malicious material. Keep access credentials confidential and disclose suspected compromise to GENRA.
Access controls and interface restrictions protect against unauthorised access and discourage casual copying. They cannot prevent every screenshot, reproduction or extraction by a person who is authorised to view or download a document.
07 / External services, accuracy and availability
Links to external websites are provided for context or convenience. Their operators are responsible for their content and privacy practices. A link does not, by itself, constitute endorsement.
GENRA seeks to keep website information accurate and the service available, but interruptions, outdated information and errors may occur. Please confirm project-critical information directly with us. This notice does not override an express contractual obligation or exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
08 / Privacy and applicable rules
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled through this website. The General Conditions govern projects only when incorporated into the relevant agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected by this Legal Statement.
